Hi everyone. I'm a new maintainer. I've been doing great with my food choices...I really have no challenges there.
But for some reason I keep slacking in the cardio department! I teach a strength training class 2 days/week (weights aren't heavier than 10 lbs). I know I need to get back to my cardio at least 3 days/week and start lifting heavier.
I'm hoping with the cardio team challenge I will find that motivation to stick to it!!
I'm feeling too comfortable with the weight I'm at and unless I'm in 'panic mode' to lose the weight, I don't seem to have the movtivation to be consistent with my workouts.
So, I'm here looking for a little push to get me rolling again!
