I joined this team in November when I reached my first big goal but still had 10 pounds to my final goal. I read a lot of posts and got a lot of tips about maintaining. I wanted to maintain that loss for a while, didn't think it was a good idea to try to lose weight over the holidays. I successfully maintained for two months, didn't gain anything over the holidays, restarted my weight loss plan on January 11, reached my final goal March 11 and have maintained that now for a month, so now I'm here for good. I used the past month to transition to maintenance and now I think I'm ready.
