I begin my jouney on Sept. 06 and by June 07 I had reached my first goal but still continued to lose so by Nov. 07 I had lost down to 130 and since then I have maintained between 130-134, which most people think for 5'8" that is to small. I have lost a total of 84-88# varies. I reached the 90# goal one time but I knew that the 120, was to small. I can't eat like regular people so when I gave up sweets and began to exercise the weight just came off. I try to eat the recomended cal. but sometimes my stomach won't take it. The weight loss has fixed alot of my health problems but not my stomach. I am trying to maintain even if I had to add back some of my no-no foods. Nurseing

If you don't love yourself, how can you love someone else.
