Thank You for the advice :)
I'm trying to ease up, but it's not easy...
But now it's a lot better then it was a year ago, when I used to weight every food and count every calorie... I felt like a prisoner.
I'm not counting now, but still I'm not brave enough to eat what I like... even in moderation.

Congrats on the major achievment you made to get to this point. You probably need to ease up on yourself a little and relax. You'll get the hang of this if you keep your focus while learning what works for you! You'll find lots of good advice here and tons of support when you need it.

I have to admit that I haven't deprived myself either. I've just focused on portions and moderation. Also, tracking calories has kept me from eating too much of some things. When you realize that nachos and cheese can run over 1000 calories, you aren't as tempted.

In my case, it's by not depriving myself. I never eliminated some of the things that you say you still avoid... I ate ice cream, and chocolate, and pizza, and wings all through my weight loss journey. The key is, though, that I learned to eat them in moderation, and only have them occasionally. By doing that, it's been a lot easier to maintain... I am never tempted to binge, because I never deprived myself in the first place. The only thing that changed for me was an increase in my calorie range. :D

Healthy food does not have to be tasteless... give your spice rack a workout! :D

(I have to say, a couple spoonfuls of honey is way better than a fistful of HFCS-filled cookies!)

Thanks for welcoming me :)
My fear is really big - It sometimes take away
all the fun in my life...
I'm exercising (a lot) in order not to gain weight - not because I really like it, I'm eating only healthy food, no sweets, nothing really tastefull... - and sometimes it causes me to binge - eat at night (a few spoons of honey fot example), or to stuff myself with bread in the evening. I feel guilty afterwards and behave good for a few days...

How do Yoy manage not to gain weight?

Welcome!

Although my weight loss is not as drastic as that, I was afraid of gaining it back too :) It took me getting through the holidays without a gain to stop being so scared and just listen to my body's needs :)
