Congratulations, and welcome to the team! Yes, maintaining takes a lot of effort, at least I have found it to be much more challenging than losing was. Always remember that you are living a new lifestyle and come here for support if you need it.

Hi all,

I'm looking forward to this team - I believe maintaining takes as much focus and work as losing did (perhaps more!), and I know I need all the help I can get, and am willing to give all the help I can to see others stay at their weight goals.
