I'm pretty much at the place Owlwho is. I'm in a heatlthy BMI range, having lost 30 pounds and gotten down to a weight close to what I was in college. I've found in the several months I've been on Spark that it's useful/helpful/necessary/VITAL to have support from folks who have the same goals that you do.
So, while it would be okay to lose 5 more pounds, it's not necessary for me it's about maintaining and being pleased if a few more pounds come off as a result.
So, I'm hoping y'all will be as great for me as other Spark teams have been. And I live in the South, so y'all is an integral part of my vocabulary.
