So if you look at my ticker, you'll see that I'm not quite there. But I am close enough and will be there by the end of the month.
I have lost over 100 pounds since Labor Day 2006. I am about the same size as I was in high school. Funny about perspectives. I thought I was fat then. Now my family is having trouble getting used to the thinner me and telling me I'm too thin....whatever.
Anyway, I have adjusted by weight loss goals slightly to allow me to lose the final two pounds in three weeks. The top of my range used to be 1600 calories; now that's the low end. After eating about 1500 calories per day for the last 16 months, it seems weird to be able to eat more.
I admit I am quite nervous about this maintaining stuff. My old eating habits still rear up regularly. I hope to get hints and encouragement from y'all (no, I'm not from the south, but I really like the word "Y'All").
