I agree with your approach, RachelPixel. I did the same thing. I've reached my "fantasy" goal weight of 125 FOUR TIMES -- only to have some kind of crisis or stressor come along and I end up gaining back 15lb.
This time, I've decided to maintain at 130 for at least 3 months (March 2008) and then to reevaluate if I want/should lose more weight. If I'm maintaining and physically active and feeling great, that is worth more to me than a lower number on the scale (that I might not be able to maintain).
