Well I found this site many months ago and dilly dallied around. I am now ready to get serious but definately need the support. I have about 50 lbs to lose and am so tired most of the time. I am a busy nurse and with bad eating habbits (skipping meals then overeatting because I am starving) Suggestions more than wlecome.
