and a warm to the team. Glad you have the pups to keep you active. Best wishes on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

My hubby and I have just celebrated our 51th wedding anniversary, can't believe we've been married that long! We have 2 children and 4 grandchildren and live in Tallahassee, Florida.

Welcome aboard Holly!
My name is Holly, and I have a dog addiction, LOL.
I have two Finnish Spitz (the dog I'm pictured with in my profile pic is RockZ, and that's us at the Westminster dog show in New York), RockZ and her son Scrappy, and a Papillon named Tony (after Tony on NCIS--and there are days I regret that, lol, as he is SO much like him!).
Without my dogs I would be a vegged couch potato who did nothing but work and watch tv. Instead, I'm out of the house almost every night doing something with them: obedience class, agility class, biking, walking, or (my favorite) showing on the weekends. Often they are my reason for getting out of bed in the morning, and definitely my reason to not sit around all night (they won't let me anyway--I regret it if we don't get playtime in).
I used to have Alaskan Malamutes, and did have a sled team for many years. It was my winter sport, so it's hard not having that to do anymore. I also used to have a Whippet, and a Shiba Inu.
