and to the team.When I can't get outside exercise, I set the timer on my stove for 15 minutes and walk as fast as I can. I try to do it twice a day. The route doesn't matter. Your body doesn't know where you're walking. Keep moving as much as you can. Good luck. Wliberty

I'm glad you're doing something about the proble.The 20 lb.gain in a few days in a hospital was I'm sure caused by IV fluids.I'm an old retired nurse with lots of hospital experience. and I'm sure you will too.Shirley721

Hi everyone I don't know where to begin except I need help. A year ago I had a total knee replacement with complications of not healing properly. Thru various Drs. they concluded it was a pinched nerve in my back. So 16 days ago I had back surgery. So far the leg is still shaking.( I know give it time). Meanwhile I gained 20# from the knee surgery and another 20# overnight in the hospital. How can that happen?
I need to get my eating habit under control. At least that will help till I can excercise more than walking 15 min at a time. Help and give me some suggestions. I am replying to indygirl blog as she has overcome a lot.
