Heidi and to the team. Glad you joined us!!
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

use a salad plate as a dinner plate
use fruit for your sweet tooth cravings, an apple works great. helps with the chewing sensation.
fill your salad plate with half vegetables.
we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
So happy to find this team! We have a mini poodle and a papillon/beagle mix, both 12 years old. They still love to go for walks! We also have a new puppy, a standard poodle who is 4 months old. He's a bundle of energy and he's been a great motivator to exercise.
