Welcome. You cannot go wrong with SparkPeople. My first step on this journey was being sick and tired of being sick and tired. Lacking the motivation to do it myself, I joined the YWCA for classes and also worked with a Personal Trainer who pushed me to succeed. Please know that where you are, others have been there before you. It's that first step that was the hardest for me. One step/day at a time!
