Hello I am not new to Sparkpeople, but just recently started utilizing all of the tools, support and interest groups. Talk about the dog days of summer..... my profile picture is of Lucy and Kali cooling off. Lucy is the lab mix, Kali the pit. They were best friends, but Kali moved way with her mom, so now Lucy hangs out with the chickens, much to their dismay. Her other friends are Mow the cat aka The King of The House, Sweet Butch and Mean Rita the parakeets, Clara and Daisy the ducks and my husband's hunting dogs that she bosses around. Lucy loves to play ball. That is why I have to do my upper body strength exercises...so I can throw the ball further! She also loves to go for rides, play in the water and hang out with her dad.
