Hello there fellow Sparkers! I am new but hadn't introduced myself yet despite being on here for almost two weeks now. I'm the person that usually sets really big goals. My ultimate goal for fitness is to run in a triathlon (Ironman!). However, I am now on the journey to even be able to run a marathon, none the less biking and swimming along with the running. My smaller steps are a 5K, then 10K, half marathon, and then finally the full marathon. I'm on the 0 to 5K to 10K running program through an app on my iPad. It's been pretty good. I've been a swimmer for four years but I never really kept in shape during the off season so I never got anywhere. I want to keep fit and healthy because I want to be able to grow old and still be running marathons when I'm 90.
