It is a bit of a balancing act really. Love yourself as you are but strive at all times to do better. And I do agree it does depend on your health as well. But if I was within 10 lbs. of my goal I would be content to maintain if my health was good because I am a granny as well.

I think that depends on your health; if your weight is adversely affecting your health, it's important to realize that and do what you need to to stay healthy. If it's not affecting your health and you're happy with the way you look and feel then let it go.

I wonder if I should accept my weight and lack of motivation to exercise because I am a Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Reading health mags, it is recommended to love yourself, no matter size or age. Any comments?
