Hi Everyone, My name is Penny, I'm 46 yrs old, married, 2 children, an elementary school teacher and have 30 pounds to lose. I'm a junk food addict and don't have a taste for cooked vegetables, although I love salad. My challenges in the past have been staying within my allotted calories and not eating my emotions.
