Thanks for saying hello Beth. I would love to see a picture of Jake. What a combination of breeds.

May I always be the kind of person that my dog thinks I am.

Hi, I'm Beth and I have one dog, Jake. Jake is a 1 year old black Cocker Spaniel/Fox Terrier/Border Collie mix/mutt. We are currently doing clicker training with him and I try to walk or play fetch with him each day, which includes alot of running around in our yard. I am hoping that this helps me with my weight loss. I have been on Spark People since March but (confession time) I have not been diligent in using the site. Today I decided to write down everything I ate and just did a total of the calories. I am glad to say that I still have enough calories in my "bank" for my dinner because i ate sensibly today. Lots of fruits, low calorie snack (special k cereal) and I have avoided munching. Looking forward to losing some lbs. and being more active.
