Just a quick note to say Hi and introduce myself. I'm new to the site but sadly not new to dieting. My fail safe diet has always been weight watchers and have had success but I find that I get a little neurotic when counting points. So I'm trying something new... counting calories! LOL
I'm 35, live just outside Toronto and am looking forward to getting healthy and fit. Looking for friends and supporters who know what a struggle it can be keeping this train on the track!!
