Hi everyone my name is Vanessa. I have lost 20 pounds so far I weigh 130 now. My problem is when I go out to eat. I eat out every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I tend to over eat on these days. It's hard to stay motivated. I'm stuck between 125 and 130 pounds. I lose 5 pounds then gain it right back. I'm trying to lose 20 more pounds but I feel stuck. I exercise between 30 and 60 minutes a day but I know my down fall is when I eat out. Any advice or anything will be helpful. Thanks!
