Actually our dogs do amazingly well together. My cat is my dogs best friend. They are constantly playing & cleaning each other. Granted, it wasn't always like that. When I first brought Odin home, my cat had a fit & wouldn't come down stairs for about three months. Then one day she just got over it & they have been best friends ever since.
Our dogs were pretty much the same way. Our oldest, was an only dog for 11 years... so he wasn't too thrilled at first, that he'd have to share the attention. But now, best buddies. We catch them sitting on the couch together all the time & they even play tug-a-war. :)

Krys, your pets sound so interesting. Do the dogs get along well? I am amazed how well our little dog Hobo gets along with other dogs and if only a cat would stay he would love to get to know them but they are all wary.

I'm Krys. I am 23, almost 24. I live in Berks County, Pennsylvania. I have two dogs, a cat, & a turtle. Odin is my baby, he is a one year old Saint Bernard/Border Collie Mix. Loki, my Fiance's dog, is a twelve year old Finnish Lapphund Mix. Then there is Kora, our three year old cat & Kirby, an Eastern Painted Water Turtle. I love animals & my Fiance does too... I do believe that our next furbaby will be a Ferret. But it won't be for a while.
More about me: I love to cook, photograph, garden, & crochet & I am getting married next year.
Just looking for some support, to keep me going... I have a long journey ahead of me & I am going to need it.
