Use the fitness and food trackers every day to keep track of what you eat and how the fitness process is going. And also. keep posting and chatting as you can gain much knowledge talking. Good luck!!

Welcome April, yes that is a good starter goal. I have two dogs and they love their walks every day. I walk them about 2 miles a day and Charlie walks them about a mile. They are such great dogs.
