April and to the team. Great goals to walk. Try for at least 10 mins. a day and then increase in to 30 minutes as you can. Use the fitness and food trackers every day to keep track of what you eat and how the fitness process is going. And also. keep posting and chatting as you can gain much knowledge talking. Good luck!!

my sister lost 93 pounds by walking 15,000 steps a day. take each dog on a seperate walk.
i lost 44 pounds by eliminating grain products and sugary products from my diet.
look at what foods react negatively with your body chemistry.

Welcome April, yes that is a good starter goal. I have two dogs and they love their walks every day. I walk them about 2 miles a day and Charlie walks them about a mile. They are such great dogs.
