Hi to all out there in cyberspace! My name is Gretchen and I just started Spark yesterday and am just learning the ropes of the site. I have a Bichon named Hines who just turned a year old....and to all of those football fans out there, YES, he is named after that Hines....I'm a diehard Steelers fan (sorry to those who are other team fans --esp. Browns and Ravens)LOL! My major challenge will be exercising...I do walk Hines and do low impact aerobics, but no strength training. I don't have a gym membership, so any suggestions on at-home (after work) easy and beginner level would be great. Thanks so much. Gretchen
