Here I am starting over again. I always have great plans but the will power/motivation is lacking. I am turning to sparkpeople for help. There are two things that I drastically need to change. My activity level and supper. I generally do well eating breakfast and lunch but when supper comes around, I over eat. After over eating my activity level is reclined in a chair infront of the tv......sleepy and tired. I live in the Aubrey area. If there is anyone in the area that doesn't mind that I join them for walks, bike rides....I would appreciate the company.
