I just rejoined SP in an effort to lose 30 pounds that I gained back after losing 90 pounds 4 years ago. :) I moved to Denton two years ago and life just got busy....blah blah blah. :)

I am a PT student (an old one! LOL)and FT mom of 4 sons - they are 15, 12, 6 and 4. My 12 year old is on the autism spectrum and has sensory processing disorder and my 6 year old is allergic to peanuts, so food can be a big issue in our home. Between having to read labels for peanut "contamination" (I lack a better word for it) and limiting what we cook (due to certain smells and textures bothering my 12 year old) it can be hard, but I am determined to lose this weight.

I love yoga, was almost finished with instructor training but dropped it when our move got to hectic to finish and never really picked it up again. I take "photo hikes" with my kids...photography is a hobby of mine, so it's a good way to combine some exercise with some fun. I'm really looking forward to getting my body moving again!
