ginger, have you tried a mini trampoline? they are inexpensive at walmart-about 25 dollars and great when the weather gets hot and humid. i use on here in central texas when the weather just does not cooperate. it is low impact and really works great indoors for a change.

I'm new to this forum, I love to walk and have a beautiful park a block from my house, so spring and fall is wonderful for outdoor walking. Right now the near 100 degrees is sending me to the local pool.
