Today I did the Tuesday workout of my newest Leslie DVD, which was 4 miles (Blue, Yellow, Green and Purple plus the arm workout with no weights as I haven't been cleared for that yet). I'm trying to be positive about my workouts since I am trying to get back into them consistently.
