Hi all, it's only day 2 for me. I have 25 lbs to lose and I REALLY hate exercise. Walking is easy and relaxing and I don't get too sweaty.
Today I walked for 45 minutes on my lunch hour. I was walking pretty fast in tune to music. No hills) Not sure how to track if it's a 17, 19, or 21 minute mile - any ideas?
Life is too short to wake up with regrets..
