I live in Oregon, so my walking can be challenging. Walking in the misty rain is not so bad, but the cold down pours are another story. I'd love some suggestions to do at home when outside is not an option. I have a gym membership, but I HATE THE GYM and it is a quite a drive from our new house.
Yesterday, I walked 35 minutes (a little more than 2 miles)- and did (3) 100M sprints at the high school track. My goal is to get back to my 6 mile a day average that I walked everyday when I lived in NYC. OH HOW I MISS BEING A CITY GIRL!
