Leslie Sansone Walking Away the Pounds. Just do a search for Leslie Sansone. She has an entire series of DVD's for in home walking. I do at least 4 of her miles every day in addition to my treadmill.
Have a great day everyone!

I just joined the teams part of SP - and that just re-ups my healthy living goal by taking advantage of SP more...
I live in Oregon, so my walking can be challenging. Walking in the misty rain is not so bad, but the cold down pours are another story. I'd love some suggestions to do at home when outside is not an option. I have a gym membership, but I HATE THE GYM and it is a quite a drive from our new house.
Yesterday, I walked 35 minutes (a little more than 2 miles)- and did (3) 100M sprints at the high school track. My goal is to get back to my 6 mile a day average that I walked everyday when I lived in NYC. OH HOW I MISS BEING A CITY GIRL!
Anywhooo, just wanted to say hi.
To put the world right in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must first put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must first cultivate our personal life; we must first set our hearts right.
When we blindly adopt a religion, a political system, a literary dogma, we become automatons. We cease to grow.
