Well, hello and thanks! I am a bit farther away than that. I have been practicing TKD for about 6 years (took a little time off). I am testing for my first tip red soon. I started because my daughter wanted to do martial arts and it stuck! I too have joined SP to lose some extra weight and to get faster at TKD! Laverne

I'm a student of Tkd....1st degree going on my 2nd degree soon. I've been studying martial arts for about 20 years. Started with shodokan. My husband and son are 3rd degree blackbelts. I joined sparkpeople for guidance in losing weight. So I can be healthier, faster in mymartial arts. Weight......really puts a toll on the body.
