Hi all! I am back after a lengthy break from SP. (read my blog to find out why I took my spark-break). Anyway, It's crush time, and i always find it motivating and useful to chat with other home vintners. I just pitched my yeast this morning- 100 pounds of zinfandel grapes, crushed yesterday (about 11 pounds of must) and expecting anywhere from 5 to 7 gallons of finished wine again. I live in Northern CA. Give me a hollar! Lisa
