Congrats! I'm a first time mommy and due in June. I just started prenatal yoga and its been great. It's too cold to walk outside in NY but I try and walk around the mall or other indoor places when I can. I plan on walking as much outside in the spring. Good luck to you!
Hi! My husband and I just found out that we are having a baby in August 2012 (YAY), I'm super excited but I am really nervous because I have slacked off on eating right and working out and have found myself in an unhealth BMI category and unhealthy weight class. I know that now is not the time to kick up a new workout program but I am looking for suggestions to trim my butt into better shape to prepare for my pregnancy. I was doing a Zumba class twice a week and a bootcamp workout once a week. Not a whole lot of activity. Any suggestions for getting more safe exercise into my life? I'm open to any suggestions!
