That is a great goal! After all, when the Doctor says "RUN!" you want to be able to run!
You should also practice screaming "DOCTOR!" They all do that very well!
Hello! I am so happy I found whovians on Sparkpeople! Love Love Doctor Who and what a better way to bond with people over a fandom while trying to lose weight!
Anyway, I have been on sparkpeople since 2010 and I lost 50lbs. However the reality/world smacked me in the face, as it tends to do. I have gained about 40lbs of that weight back. :( I miss feeling better about myself and being able to run 3 miles. Today, I don't believe I could run 1 mile. But That is going to change, I am in this for the long hall!
I want to train like I will be the next Companion of The Doctor and I can't be out of shape. I have lots of running to do! :)
