HI You are in the right place. There are many pre diabetic groups and teams. Pre means that your sugars are a bit high/borderline. The doctors say it is a "watch" time. The best tool on this site is the nutrition tracker. The motivational groups are great-check out the night time cravings groups to talk with people who are succeeding.

Hi there, My name is Cassandra i am a 28 year old mother of two. I joined this site at the recommondation of a fried of mine from exercise class. I am unsure as to how to use this site or if it will help but as i have tried everything else i am at a loss as to what to do. I was on weight watchers for a while and loved it but due to childcare restrictions and money i could not go anymore. i am looking to lose about30 pounds and maintain it. i have spent years with my weight bouncing up and down and just want to maintain a healthy weight for once. i will be honest i am a HUGE night time craver and i think that is half my rpoblem. once the kids are asleep all i want is sugar and carbs... i have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes very recently and have no clue what that means... i wouls love if this works or if i could meet people to relate too as i am from a town of skinny people who cannot relate to my weight issues... interested to hear any success stories
