Great! I just came in from working in my veggie garden. Just planted 6 Roma tomato plants. We're finishing up the asparagus right now. That is the best veggie to plant. It takes a while to get established (about 2 years) BUT - it's a perennial! I've had my patch for over 20 years now. Love it!

I've planted a small garden. Fresh fruits and veggies are great for healthy eating and taste so much better if you grow them. emoticon emoticon
You also benefit from the exercise.

Try to drink at least 4 glasses of water by noon and the rest of the day should be a piece of cake.

Hi guys, I new to sparks and spent 2 hours in the groc. store this weekend reading lables. Didn't have my reading glasses with me it was a real trip! I need tip on what to buy. Hope this is the team.
