Like Cindy said, be sure to use your fitness & nutrition tracker. Your new best friends will be water & the Alabama Team, of course. By tracking your food & exercise, it will make you more aware of what you are putting into your body & what you are burning. You will have days when you go over your calorie count & days when you don't even meet it. Just hang in there. Don't give up. Remember, each day is a new day. If you fail today, tomorrow is new. Hang in there & you can do this.
