Realistic...is there any other way? Of course but let's not give it too much focus. It's taken me a long time to stop comparing myself to others and honestly slip up on occasion. The reality is I am me and things that work for others won't necessarily work for me. That doesn't make me a failure. If you expect a fish to climb a tree then you will always see it as a failure. Be realistic. People often are not realistic because they don't like the taste of the bitter truth. It's deciding how to use that bitterness that makes all the difference. Use it to motivate yourself or use it to defeat yourself. It's your choice.

Hello everyone! My name is Michelle and I am here to lose 50lbs and keep it off! About 6 years ago I lost ~100lbs. I had my wedding to motivate me but after stressful relationships, depression, and a beautiful pregnancy I put 70 of that back on. I was burned out as well. I went from working out 3 to 4 hours a day 5 days a week to doing nothing. Hence the 70lbs. But the good news is now I have found that motivation to start fresh, less obsessed mind you, and that motivation is me, my mental health, my physical health, and the desire to run, jump, and be crazy with my 5yo.
