Beautiful song. I am fond of "Forever" too.

Another short sleep night. I think I had caffeine too late in the day.

Thanks for your email! My sleep apnea theme song is "Breathe" by Michael W. Smith.
As to whether the Mirage Vista will work for you, I am sure it will. I do a lot of tossing around myself and I haven't had any trouble. You will not be disappointed.

Welcome to the team. Hose nose. LOL. You were Air Force and you play the guitar, so my brain went immediately to Top Gun and Take My Breath Away. Is that your sleep apnea anthem?

I do well with the cheap comfort gel nasal masks, but I have not completely gotten rid of the forehead crease. I was thinking of trying one of the open faced masks, so I could read while on the machine. Hard to put glasses on over a forehead pad.

So my question is if it is advisable for someone that tosses and turns a lot? Or do you have to lay completely still to keep it from leaking?

Hi all of you "hose noses"! I have been dealing with sleep apnea since 2002. I found I adapted well to my CPAP, with the exception of mask comfort. I have used standard masks, but recently I discovered Res-Med's Mirage Vista. It is a small interface with no forehead pad. Anyone else tried it?
