Welcome to our team and sorry I haven't replied sooner! I've been taking care of family members with illnesses and trying to get organized again after the holidays...its been a mess lol. I hope that you are doing well on your journey so far and if you are uncomfortable sharing a lot on the message boards try using the journal feature to write out what you are feeling. Also make sure you utilize the food and exercise trackers daily...they really help! Good luck!

Hi One and All!! I live in Rock Springs, where I work, raise two children and keep my busy husband in line! After a series of health scares from August through December, I decided I needed to get serious about improving my health in 2013. I'm generally a very private person, and the idea of sharing information about myself and my struggles openly on this forum leaves me, quite frankly, in a cold sweat! But, I'm hoping that the support of the team members and the accountability of creating and keeping goals will help me "stay the course" and help me realize the positive changes I am envisioning!
