HELLO FFF FAMILY .THIS IS DAY ONE OF MANY I HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST. I'M 47YOA AND STARTING TO HAVE MY OWN 'PRIVATE SUMMER'!! MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 40LBS AND STAY HEALTHY. I'M HOPING THAT MY FAMILY WILL ALSO GET MOTIVATED TO DO THE SAME. MY HUSBAND IS TAKING SOME MANY PILLS (DIABETIC, HYPERTENSION) HE'S SCARING ME. MY DAUGHTER IS 17YOA AND WEIGHTS OVER 200LBS.
