Just joined SparkPeople and HIIT is one of my preferred activities.
I've always preferred exercise that 'blows out the pipes' as I call it and so HIIT is perfect for me. I think I first came across HIIT a couple of years ago but only started at it seriously this past summer.
For HIIT, I do hill runs and drills from my ZIgyt iPhone app (which I made myself).
Looking forward to sharing HIIT stories, ideas and research news about HIIT; particularly the latter as it's a hot research topic.
