Ab Ripper X was killer. I didn't make it through it. My core is still sore from the core synergistics. I made it through the first three ab workouts and then I tapped out and every once and a while I would jump back in and try to do it. I was upset at first, but I figured that this is what I'm working for. I'm going to keep doing these workouts so that eventually I'll make it through the ab ripper x. This was the only video I couldn't finish so far.
Shoulders and Arms was difficult, but mostly because I had to use bands. I need to get weights as I get all tripped up on the bands and they're either too lose or too tight.
Yoga tomorrow. Even though it's an hour and a half, I'm excited to do something relaxing on a mat. I did some yoga over the summer so I hope I'm somewhat prepared for it.
