Thats ok Sonya I'm going to lose my rest day this week. I didn't get to do days 1 nor 2 this week so I did my Cardio X this morning with the intention of doing Arms and shoulders w/ Ab ripper x tonight then I will do Core synergistics on Saturday (my rest day), It sucks but that is what you have to do, you know?

We signed on for this and we should see it through. Just push play and lets bring it.

There are plenty of things that taste better than skinny feels. I just eat a little less of it sometimes.

We should have a name for our group. I just don't know what.

So, I was supposed to do Yoga two days ago and ended up being out all day. Then I tried it last night and didn't have energy for it. So I tried it this morning and can't get through it. I think I might swap out yoga videos and do something less intense and then try the P90X yoga in three or four weeks. I'm annoyed that this video has pushed back my workout. So, that means tomorrow I do Legs and Ab Ripper X. And it was supposed to be my rest day.

I had trouble with YogaX last night but I think I have a plan for it next week. Today is Legs so and another Ab Ripper. Ugh I hate the roll-ups so much, I used to do pilates and it always gave me trouble.

I was wondering if we should name our little buddy group here and figure out some sort of something (I'm nothing if not vague today, lol)

There are plenty of things that taste better than skinny feels. I just eat a little less of it sometimes.

Ab Ripper X was killer. I didn't make it through it. My core is still sore from the core synergistics. I made it through the first three ab workouts and then I tapped out and every once and a while I would jump back in and try to do it. I was upset at first, but I figured that this is what I'm working for. I'm going to keep doing these workouts so that eventually I'll make it through the ab ripper x. This was the only video I couldn't finish so far.

Shoulders and Arms was difficult, but mostly because I had to use bands. I need to get weights as I get all tripped up on the bands and they're either too lose or too tight.

Yoga tomorrow. Even though it's an hour and a half, I'm excited to do something relaxing on a mat. I did some yoga over the summer so I hope I'm somewhat prepared for it.

How's everyone else doing?

I don't. DH did it without the pull-ups (we don't have anywhere in our living room to put it up and don't have TV anywhere else in the house. So we just kind of walk it off during those sections of the video.

Hey girls,

I just started P90X Lean. I'm on day 5 now. Yesterday was my stretch day and it helped soo much. :) Do all of you have the pull-up bar installed? I don't have one and I'm not sure if I'm going to yet.

Joann and Sonya, how did you guys do yesterday? Arms and Shoulders + Ab RipperX was so hard for me! Gah. I'm relieved and scared that today is Yoga. I have no idea what this one is like.

I also started today. I was going to do official day one, but was talking to a friend who has done the program, and she said she just jumped right in and didn't do the fitness test and she wished she had done it. So I did the fitness test today, my quads are feeling it. Tomorrow is day one!

Great!

Yeah, I am very sore from the Core Synergistics and was afraid of what today would bring. But the CardioX isn't as bad in my opinion. Mainly b/c there isn't as much upper body work. Beware though. the Superman/Banana and the Dreya Roll both make an appearance at the end.
