I never thought the workouts were impossible, I reserve that for Insanity lol. But starting something new is always difficult. My second round was this Summer, so I have taken a 3 month break since finishing up that. Here I am again. Did some other things, but am ready for round 3. Started a thread again to see if anyone else will join me on this one.

I felt really discouraged going back to it at first because I clearly remembered the exercises and remembered how much easier they were when I'd completed the workout. Since you've done the routine twice, you might remember that the exercises got much more possible several weeks in. I probably don't have to say to keep pushing play, but I'm glad to have joined this team that's full of motivation when I need it.
Great job! Sounds like you really love the workout. What a great feeling ha? And you must not eat total junk. Keeping it 80%-100% Lean protein, fruits and vegetables, whole grains and good fats will keep you fit and happy. If you are less than 80% clean just keep working at it. Life is good. Keep pressing play!
Hi I'm John, age 37 and I'm almost done with my 3rd run through the routine. I've only been doing the exercises, and haven't looked at the diet plan yet. The yoga has been the most difficult to find the motivation to do, but with each week I'm able to do more and more.
I'm in the best shape of my life and I just want to keep bringing it. :) In my first run-through, I lost 45 pounds. Now, I have about 10lbs. more muscle than at the end of that run. The higher protein diet seems to be helping.
