Im just starting Classic but will try lean when I get stronger, I havent worked out in about 4-5 months because of health issues so Im starting out slowly with the cardio but am still pretty strong from all the exercise I did before.....I say if your new to exercise definately start with Classic and if you feel like you need more cardio you can always add a cardio workout on days that are just strength.
Good choice. Whether you choose classic or lean you will be making adjustments. As you get stronger and fitter you will be able to know more of what you can do and what you will have to improve on. The most important thing is to keep pressing play and stay in the workout habit. When you first start you can either push pause jog or walk in place when your reps are done...the most important thing is to keep moving. Start the next move when they do in the video. Over time you will find that you are able to do better and better.
I am just starting P90X and am looking for it to create long lasting results with diet and fitness. I want to go into my 30s the best I have ever looked and felt! I am wondering for weightloss which program is the best to do? In the begninning if I am unable to do all of the reps should I combin with an additional cardio???
