I don't usually do well following a meal plan as there are so many things I don't like or won't eat. I tried a diet (Women's Health's Abs Diet) back in January and made it through the whole 3 weeks of meal plans but eat some things I don't like and couldn't hardly stomach very much of it. I think I'm better off following my own meal plan. I've been on Spark long enough that I kinda know what I should and shouldn't be eating. I'm really struggling with the P90X program and getting the carb/protein/fat ratio down. I also feel that eating 1800 calories is quite a bit.
