My name is Christina and I have been struggling with depression for a long time. I have been to therapists, and on medication, but it doesn't last. We are a military family and just moved to TX, and the move did bring my depression back. The funny thing is whenever I start taking care of my body (exercise and eat a lot healthier) I feel so much better like my depression is gone. However, I always stop and I don't know why. I have a really hard time staying on track, I'm always off and on sparkpeople. So I'm hoping I can find that support I need to stay on track.
