Welcome to the group. Actually anytime is a good time to lose weight. I know and I wish to give you encouragement. I would recommend to you to take it slow and make tiny steps during this time of the year. a cookie when offered do not take and that will lead you on the road to lose. exercise this time of year. If you go shopping park far away from the door walking to the door is some extra exercise. together. to your goal.
