HELLO I'M NEW TO THE TEAM.I AM TRYING TO FIND NEW WAYS TO BETTER MY LIFE,FOR STARTERS I WANT TO LEARN TO EAT HEALTHY,AND EXERCISE REGULARLY.I ALSO NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO THIS NATURALLY AND INEXPENSIVELY.SINCE MY INCOME IS VERY LIMITED.I AM 40 AND I NEED TO GET HEALTHY.I WANT TO GET DOWN TO 130-135 POUNDS.AT MY HIGHEST I WAS 270. NOW I FLUATE BETWEEN 190-209.I AM STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS AND I AM DETERMINED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
