Any homemade desserts are a trigger for me - cookies, brownies, cakes, etc. Store bought isn't such a temptation, but homemade things I find it difficult to stop. I only enjoy them at potlucks, etc. and don't bring any back into the house.

If I'm craving sweets, I usually go for a Vita Brownie, Fiber 1 bar or WW dessert.

I want it to be fruit and yogurt or just fruit. That's a habit I'm learning to master.
It's all about HABITS! Habits have to be re-enforced over and over, consistenly.
I never eat anymore the real rich cakes. From time to time I like a little piece of low calorie, low fat dessert and I just make sure I have enough points for.
Our team's dessert recipes are wonderful!
Fruit smoothies with soy milk and ice are also one of my favorite desserts.

There are so many healthy habits to work on!
ONE HABIT at a time!

When I am craving sweet, it varies what I want. Sometimes fruit does it, or yogurt. Other times I'm looking for chocolate sweet - so a sugar free chocolate pudding, or a WW ice cream treat will do it for me.

When I need sweet I have fruit and plain yogurt that I sweeten with Splenda. It takes awhile to eat, which is why I steer clear of baked goods of any kind. I find it easier to avoid certain foods than to stop at one.

Which is why my Christmas iced sugar cookies made with the same cookie cutters and with the same recipes for my entire life (which my kids and grandkids absolutely demand each year) are my one hardest task each year. How oh how to have just a couple.

I am not too much on sweets, but when I want something sweet I'll usually have WW chocolate cake. I have cravings for salt, and I shouldn't eat salt because of high blood pressure. I think my biggest craving is usually for protein.

Vita-Muffins and Vita-Tops seem to cover everything from hunger to sweet cravings. I have one or two a day.......tripple chocolate, mint chocolate, double chocolate, banana chocolate, you name it; as long as it's chocolate it's good........and only 1 weight watcher point!

Last night I was craving sweet and I ate a fibre 1 oats and caramel bar. Nothing could be sweeter than that bar was! I'm a salt craver and don't really crave sweets very often.
