I want it to be fruit and yogurt or just fruit. That's a habit I'm learning to master.
It's all about HABITS! Habits have to be re-enforced over and over, consistenly.
I never eat anymore the real rich cakes. From time to time I like a little piece of low calorie, low fat dessert and I just make sure I have enough points for.
Our team's dessert recipes are wonderful!
Fruit smoothies with soy milk and ice are also one of my favorite desserts.
There are so many healthy habits to work on!
