When grains and beans are combined all in one day, not necessarily at the same meal, it creates a FULL complete protein. No need for meat, fish, etc... in addition.
This is a great INEXPENSIVE way to eat healthy.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

I regularly incorporate one half cup of white beans in my salad, but had not thought about grains. Great idea.
